Matt’s company is doing a whole house remodel on this 1950’s ranch home in the Barton Hills neighborhood of Austin, TX. The home previously was insulated traditionally with blown fiberglass in the attic and fiberglass batts in the walls. We are using sound building science principles to bring the efficiency of this home up to 2010 standards. A new spray foamed conditioned attic system and an all new HVAC system (and ducting) will complete this high performance makeover. -Matt Risinger
