Blockhouse Life: net zero infill

MOD X welcomes Matt Collins and Luke Grimsrude from Uptic Studios, a Spokane, WA based architecture and interior design firm. They discuss their recent venture to realize a prototype for net zero infill housing called Blockhouse Life. Innovations in the project include the use of mass timber for infill housing construction, a prefabricated smartwall wetcore, and shared public spaces.
