Tecnocupole Pancaldi prides itself on being a pioneer in the world of thermoforming for over 50 years. Thermoforming is an advanced technique where flat plastic sheets are heated and mechanically molded to create an array of shapes and sizes. In our state-of-the-art factory, we employ two thermoforming systems to achieve remarkable results.

Our team understands that aesthetics and customization are paramount. With thermoforming, we can achieve excellent aesthetic outcomes while offering a range of variable and customizable shapes. Over the years, our unwavering commitment to research and development has allowed us to maintain a high degree of specialization. At Tecnocupole Pancaldi, we work with plastics ranging from 1 to 20 mm, which includes compact and alveolar plastics.

The Art of Mechanical Processing

Mechanical processing is an integral part of our production process, as it plays a pivotal role in delivering excellence. Our in-house department comprises highly specialized personnel dedicated to processing sheet metal with precision laser and bending machines. Additionally, we excel in aluminum bar processing through a high-tech machining center.
