I met the EcoTech owner at the Build New Zealand trade expo in June 2023. The company is developing buildings in New Zealand using an off-site manufacturer located in China. The owner tells me that they have faced many challenges establishing their OSM modular builds in New Zealand, but are now making some headway into the New Zealand market with some promising results. I look forward to learning more about the EcoTech builds in the near future.
