Our factory houses are completed as a special solution from design to construction. Thanks to long-term experience in the production of wooden houses, Palmatini log houses and modular houses are highly valued and last a long time. Energy-efficient ready-made houses
If you want to build a new and energy-efficient house with a good indoor climate, Palmatini ready-made houses are a reasonable choice. We create homes for families who value an environmentally friendly lifestyle and energy-efficient solutions. Our products include both classic and modern energy-efficient prefabricated houses, as well as sauna houses and outbuildings. We produce log houses and modular houses based on a special project. We also offer a turnkey solution.

Wide selection of products and services
It is possible to choose between 34 different log profiles, in addition, there are 4 different options (classical cross tenon connection, herringbone connection, “city corner”, double tenon connection of the outer wall) for the technological nodes or tenon connections of the log house. In the case of complex roof structures, we can offer the solution of the 2nd floor part as a “Pre-Cut” wooden truss. In addition to “Pre-Cut” wooden truss houses, the product range also includes buildings based on “Post&Beam” technology.

During the production and construction of the house, we guarantee that the house will be ready by the agreed deadline.
