In our state-of-the-art, computer-aided, fully automatic high-rack storage facility, we stock over 2,000 different cross-sections of standard aluminum and stainless steel profiles, along with a substantial inventory of custom drawing profiles. Additionally, we maintain approximately 1,000 storage locations for rolled products.

Take advantage of our extensive stockpile of approximately 3,000 tons of high-quality metal semi-finished products, always available for your convenience.

Our metal trade offerings include:

We excel at manufacturing products according to your detailed drawings, utilizing state-of-the-art CNC-controlled systems with a maximum production length of 6,000 mm.

Our extensive metal and processing expertise, supported by professional design software, enables us to cater to a wide array of needs. From cutting and punching to folding, rounding, finished welded construction, and subsequent surface refinement, we offer a diverse range of production possibilities. Whether it’s a one-off piece or a large series, delwo guarantees the highest quality and precision.

Window Sill Systems:

Our aluminum window sill systems cater to the most demanding architectural needs. We supply aluminum window sills from stock in various projection ranges, both extruded and edged, with surfaces including natural, dark bronze, white, and anthracite gray, in glossy and matt finishes.

Our comprehensive offerings also encompass the delwoline range of accessories, including ift-tested aluminum sliding finishes and sliding joint connectors. For your unique projects, we offer a powder coating service, enabling us to coat objects in any RAL, DB, and NCS colors. Our processing center further provides services like sawing, semicircular window sills, and special bends.

Please note that the delwoline system is available exclusively through specialist retailers.

Surface Finishing:

As a QUALICOAT-certified company, we specialize in coating profiles, sheets, folded parts, and structures made of aluminum. The result is a decorative, durable, easy-to-maintain, and sustainable surface for your products.

Environmental sustainability is a key priority for delwo. Our chrome-free pretreatment process ensures minimal environmental impact. All process baths are reprocessed using advanced technology, minimizing waste water.

Our powder coating system boasts three powder cabins for speed and maximum flexibility, along with a 30-ton powder storage offering a broad palette of 1,500 different colors from renowned manufacturers. Our surfaces come in various finishes, such as smooth, structured, metallic, glossy, semi-matt, and matt, all adhering to RAL, DB, and NCS standards.

We maintain strict monitoring and documentation of processes and product quality according to QUALICOAT, both in-house and through several external testing institutes.

Metal Market:

The delwo Metal Market offers a diverse range of products and services aimed at self-collectors and private customers. Our basic range includes aluminum and stainless steel profiles in lengths of 6,000 mm, along with a comprehensive selection of aluminum and stainless steel sheets in various configurations. We also offer all delwo profiles in a 3,000 mm length for immediate collection. Additionally, we produce sheet metal parts according to your drawings, including one-off productions with powder coating.

Our product offerings go beyond the basics, extending to our Stick-it railing system for self-assembly, fence mats in various dimensions, rectangular posts, garden gates, grills, pans, assembly materials like V2A screws and threaded rods, and a full range of care products to protect your metal investments.

Our specialist staff provides expert advice, and we offer services such as sawing and loading support. We’re more than happy to deliver your orders to your location for a small freight charge.
