The COMPACFOAM Journey

COMPACFOAM’s story began with the development and international patenting of a groundbreaking process: the creation of a high-pressure-resistant plastic foam based on EPS for thermal insulation, designed to eliminate thermal bridges in facade construction. In 2007, Compacfoam GmbH was born, setting the stage for innovation and quality.

In 2012, our dedication to innovation earned us a nomination for the State Prize for Innovation, a testament to our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. The demand for COMPACFOAM grew rapidly, extending its applications to other industries, and paving the way for further expansion.

Today, Compacfoam GmbH stands as a rapidly growing medium-sized company, boasting a production area of 11,000 square meters and an impressive export share exceeding 95 percent. We exclusively develop and produce our products in Wolkersdorf, Austria, ensuring quality and precision at every step.
