Double Glass: Elevating Insulation and Aesthetics

One of our standout offerings is Double Glass, an insulating glass unit that combines two or more glass plates under controlled factory conditions. This ingenious design encapsulates dry air or suitable gases at ambient pressure, enhancing both insulation and aesthetics. The aluminum spacer lath, in conjunction with dehumidifying materials, is seamlessly integrated using primary leak-proof “polyisobutylene,” secondary seal “polysulfide,” or “special silicone.” These special silicone insulating glazing units are reserved for structural glazing, temperature ranges between -30 to +80°C, and applications directly exposed to sunlight without the need for additional cover and lath.

Isıcam: A World of Possibilities

Our Isıcam units are a testament to versatility. These units can be crafted from colorless, blend-colored, sun and heat control coated, frosted, laminated, tempered, and enameled glass panels. During the tempering (toughening) process, immediate and intensive heating and cooling are applied, creating high compressive stresses at the surfaces, counterbalanced by tensile stresses at the center. This process makes the glass resilient, capable of withstanding external impacts and exposure to thermal stress. In fact, tempered glass can withstand heat exposures of up to 300 degrees, making it five times more durable than annealed glass.

Tempering Capacity Beyond Boundaries

Yüklü Cam boasts two tempering furnaces, making us one of the leading players in Turkey’s tempering capacity landscape. We go the extra mile in ensuring the quality of our tempered glass by conducting Heat Soak Testing under EN14179 standards. This rigorous testing significantly reduces the risk of spontaneous breakages, guaranteeing the utmost safety and reliability.

Yüklü Cam is qualified in accordance with EN12150 standards for tempering production and meets the stringent requirements of EN1863 standards for heat-strengthened production. Our unwavering dedication to quality is the cornerstone of our operations.

Beyond Functionality: Aesthetic Touches

At Yüklü Cam, we understand that glass is not merely functional; it’s a canvas for creativity. Our silk-screen printing technique allows us to adorn glass surfaces with intricate patterns using enamel paint. Sandblasting, on the other hand, provides an opaque appearance by gently abrading the glass surface during the production process. The curving process, exclusive to fully tempered and fully tempered laminated glasses, adds unique dimension and style to your glass.

Our journey began in 2004 when Yüklü Cam emerged as a glass processing pioneer in Bursa, Turkey. Since then, we’ve relentlessly expanded our capacity and processing lines, keeping pace with the latest technological advancements in the field. In 2019, we proudly established our second factory, further reinforcing our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Today, we stand tall with two modern, fully equipped facilities spanning a total of 13,000 square meters of production area. Our products have found their presence not only across Turkey but also in numerous countries worldwide, as we continue to export our excellence to diverse markets.
